What is the cancellation window?

Gifts can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund (gift amount + fees) as long as it has not yet been claimed. Before 14 days, a gift can be refunded for the gift amount only as long as it hasn't been claimed. Orders are refunded back to the same payment method that was used to place it.
