What is a thank you note?

A thank you note is an optional feature that can be included when sending your gift or reward, and it allows the recipient to send you a personal message. Thank you notes can be turned off and on from your order customizer. If the thank you note is on, the gift sender will be notified when a note is received, and the link to all notes will be shareable to those with or without a Giftly Corporate account.
