Checking the status of an individual gift

To review the status of gifts within an order, you can navigate to the ORDERS tab on the dashboard and click into any order. You will see all the gifts associated with that purchase and their current state. Each gift will have one of the following labels:

Purchased: A gift has been created and will be delivered at 7am ET on the date selected during purchase.

Sent: The gift has been distributed and/or a PDF has been rendered and delivered to the purchaser's inbox. This gift can be amended, redirected, or cancelled/refunded.

Delivered: This gift is now the property of the recipient. While they have not yet redeemed it, the gift can no longer be refunded or redirected without the recipient's express permission.

Claimed: This gift has been claimed by the recipient. They have opened and/or redeemed their gift. The gift can no longer be altered.

Cancelled: This gift has been refunded back to the original purchase option.

Delivery Failed: The gift was unable to be delivered and requires an updated email or phone number. Please, contact corporate-support@giftly.com or your account manager if you need any assistance.
