A recipient says they did not receive their gift email. How do I check that it was sent to the correct email address and/or resend?

You can review, edit recipient details, and resend gifts all from the Corporate Dashboard. Select the ORDERS tab to review all existing bulk purchases.

By diving into any specific order you can search for any recipient and review and/or update their email address or cell phone number.

A notification will be displayed for any recipients whose message bounced.
