The winery is undergoing a generational transition with founders Rick and Darcey stepping back as their children, Jordan and Sager, take over the daily operation of the winery and vineyard. Jordan, after college graduation, worked for 10 years elsewhere in the wine industry and is currently Director of Consumer Sales but will be taking on the General Manager role in the near future. Her brother, Sager, attended culinary school and then cooked for 10 years in Seattle before returning to attend the Walla Walla Community College Enology and Viticulture program. He now manages the Estate Vineyard and also helps to market their wines across the country.
