Business Description

After spending 8 years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Operator on an Aircraft Carrier and as a Quality Assurance Inspector in San Diego, Shaun dove into the auto glass industry, eventually launching his own company. His time in the Navy and a self guided business education groomed him for becoming an entrepreneur. Seeing the need for better quality windshield repairs and replacements and the ability to provide for his new wife and child, he decided the only thing he should do was start his own company. His background in mechanical work with the rigid Nuclear Quality Assurance Program has given him a special eye for detail as well as an acute painful awareness of the rampant lack of quality in such a simple industry. There's really only 4 steps: Remove, Treat, Apply, Install. What's so difficult about doing those few steps correctly?

With his wife and their 5 children they enjoy wakeboarding, tubing, reading, and exploring. You can find them Sunday mornings at Reformation Covenant Church.
