Business Description
Jeff has always enjoyed working with and helping others find their inner strength. Playing sports, learning martial arts, becoming Drum Major, being a member of Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, Graduating from CSULB with a B.A. Degree, and launching his own outdoor, recreational business, he started to learn and hone his skills as a leader and team player. With the desire to improve his knowledge of the body, muscles, kinetic chain, meditation and behavior modification he sought out the best fitness programs and become certified as a Personal Trainer and received is Mental Toughness Certificate from NASM. Wanting to be able to offer more to his future clients he received an ACE Fitness Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and was certified as a Behavior Change Specialist. When COVID-19 hit and the world moved towards online training, Jeff attaind his Express Online Fitness Coach Certificate from the Online Trainers Federation. With all of this experience and education, he launched KHW.
