Training under Vincent Salvatore Sensei, early on she began an intensive training schedule, which involved becoming live in student. In addition to her responsibilities as a live in student she served as a personal assistant and partner to Sensei in classes, demos and seminars. Encouraged by Vince Sensei she made trips to Japan to train in the home of Aikido. When she relocated to Las Vegas/Henderson she was again encouraged by Vince Sensei to share her experience, knowledge and love of Aikido with others. She has been chief instructor and founder of Henderson Aikido since 2009.
