Located in the beautiful town of Laguna Beach, California, Yoga In the Park With Carl Brown offers a unique and invigorating approach to yoga that has captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. This outdoor yoga class is held three days a week, on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, all at 8am, at The Montage Public Park.

Carl Brown, the founder of Yoga In the Park, is a seasoned yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for almost sixteen years. His passion for yoga shines through as he integrates his love for yoga with his love for bodywork, providing an opportunity to better help the people that take his classes.

The classes are appropriate for all levels, but expect a strenuous class with lots of work throughout the body. Weekday classes are free, but donations are always appreciated, with a small donation of $5 requested on Saturdays. All donations support Tara Abbey and The Himalayan Children's Fund in Nepal.

Carl has a strong Vinyasa/Power Yoga style that he has practiced daily for the past 17 years. Since his departure from the corporate world, he has dedicated himself to his yoga teaching, completing the Yoga Studies and the Buddhist studies programs at the University of California, Irvine, as well as the comprehensive Teacher Training at Sacred Movement in Venice, CA, with Max Strom and Sherry Brourman. He has over 388 hours of training.
