Business Description

Brian has work in the restaurant business all his life.

Brian started Klavuhn family concession July 4th 2014 in a 10x10 tent. Doing a few more events in 2014 Brian was able to save enough money to build a concession trailer. which he used the summer of 2015. yet wanting to improve on the trailer he went searching for a bigger and better trailer to operate his business out of. on November 5 2015 Brian came home with a retired fedex truck over the next couple months he and his family and friends constructed what is the Wood Fired Food Truck. what he does next. no one knows. keep watching for the neon green glow of the wood fired food company.
