Dr Sharon Lachette is a native of White Haven PA. She grew up with 3 brothers who all helped run the family business, the East Side Inn bar and restaurant. She received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medical Technology from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA and her Veterinary Medicine Degree (VMD) from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in Philadelphia. Before becoming a veterinarian, she worked as a medical technologist for several years in Pennsylvania and Arizona. She also worked for Warner Lambert (now Pfizer Pharmaceutical) conducting biological research and supporting regulatory affairs. Dr. Lachette founded White Haven Veterinary Hospital in 1994. The hospital is a full service facility, providing surgical, medical and emergency care to dogs, cat and exotics pets.
