When Sheila's brother, SGT Mark "Doc" Wells, 74th EOD was serving in Afghanistan and killed by an IED in 2011, he left behind a wife, a son and an unborn daughter. Sheila wanted to make a difference in the lives of our veterans' families who have lost a loved one as well as the soldiers who come home. She started selling her "Mother Clucker", her chicken pot pie that was Mark's favorite and donating a portion to veterans, widows and orphans. From there the sales and the flavors grew and one year later, to the day, she opened the Victory Pie Company Cafe. The names comes from the "Victory Gardens" in WWII. We did our part to grow food and support the effort and that is what Sheila wanted to do with her company as well. A "Victory" for all
