Hi! My name is Michele Stalion. I have had a passion of helping others my entire life. I've always wanted to become a business owner and the opportunity came up where I could be fit and healthy at the same time. I want everyone I meet to understand that I have the same struggles as them when it comes to being an emotional eater. I have lost and gained the same 50+ pounds over the years. I have recently had two-foot surgeries and this is the time for me to get physically fit once in for all and stop the yo-yo dieting.
My fitness journey began when I was in middle school. I ran cross-country for the first time. I might not have been the fastest, but with my determination I never gave up. Running led me to become a fast walker over the years. I completed my first marathon in January 2001 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. With the fundraising efforts and the training for our recipient Rory I again never gave up.
