Business Description
Born and raised in Southern California, I was a true "Gidget": surfer girl, constantly at the beach, my husband and I made sure our children had the same opportunity to play in the sand as I did.
Before moving to New York, I was acting in Los Angeles. (no earth shaking roles - mostly theatre, and a little film) Upon moving to NY, I knew I had come home. I love the New York vibe, the creativity, the straight-forward way of self expression, the beauty (and the ability to hop on a plane and be in Europe in four hours).
People call me crazy, and say I'm fun, funky and eccentric (I'll take that). I tell the truth, don't push sales, and will even recommend against a purchase, if I think it's the right thing to do. That said, my customers are fiercely loyal, and proud of my shop. They constantly spread the word, and bring people in all the time to experience the fun and funky vibe my store has to offer.
