Getting up to 250 lbs. and smoking multiple packs of cigarettes in a day was not only crushing all the health I had built over the years as a youth but making me feel worse about myself. After a few large traumatic events in my life, I decided that things needed to change. I created an emotional attachment to a set of goals which helped drive my transformation.
