Business Description
I am college drop out. I am an ex- athlete where I played for The University of Tampa Men's Lacrosse team which is a top team in the nation at their level. While I was there I went through a terrible depression and was diagnosed with anxiety. I hit rock bottom, everything wasn't going my way and I was scared, I simply did not know what to do. I ended up getting kicked out and failing out. I needed to clear my head and stop thinking of the negatives so I wanted to get into therapy, I did not have the money for it so I didn't think I could ever get out of this terrible time. Then I was introduced to what my friend called "Iron Therapy" simply I learned that working out is the best way to clear your head and get you in right frame of mind. Till this day working out is therapy and my mission plan is to teach my clients that, using negative things in your life as your motivation to workout is the best way to see results and it creates a balance.
