Rich has always loved food and cooking. He grew up in a family whose meal time conversation was about what they were going to eat at the next meal and he's been cooking his entire life. After working as a tax attorney in Washington, DC and helping build a successful healthcare company in Boston, Rich moved to Santa Fe. He took a five month trip to Italy in 2011 that included culinary school. His restaurant philosophy is borrowed from Neem Karoli Baba speaking about yoga, ""Feed people, love people, serve people."
