My name is John F. Walz, I am a Licensed Acupuncturist. I was licensed in New York and became a Diplomat in Acupuncture of the NCCAOM in 1997 and was licensed in California in 2006. I have a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the New York College of Health Professions in Syossett NY, where I also taught from 1997 through 1999, and was also a resident practitioner at the affiliated Wholistic Health Center. I have been a practitioner of Tai Chi and Chi Gung since 1987 and taught it at the NY College from 1994 through 1999. I also studied at the Shuguang Hospital in Shanghai in 2011. I have Bachelors Degrees in Amma Asian Massage Therapy, Health Sciences and Psychology. I was a Credentialed Addictions Counselor in New York from 1989 -1997.
