My name is Tabitha Shimer, and I am the Artist and small business owner of The Poor Painter's Studio. Nestled in the beautiful town of Hollidaysburg on the diamond at 217 Allegheny St., I am a graduate of Lock Haven University. I am certified as a teacher in Grumbacher/Chartpak art supplies and have Bob Ross certification. I teach and work in oils, watercolors, acrylics, and other mixed mediums. I work to break down paintings so you leave with something you proudly display. Time has passed quickly; I have taught and sold my work in Pennsylvania for over 17 years. I love what I do and all the people I have met.
