The Orchard Inn is a historic Bed and Breakfast nestled just outside the charming town of Saluda, North Carolina. Originally built in 1926 by the Brotherhood of Southern Railroad, this elegant mountain retreat is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of Select Registry. The Inn boasts nine comfortable rooms and five romantic cottages with fireplaces and jacuzzi tubs, all tastefully decorated with period pieces and antiques. Each room has a private bath and ultra deluxe towels, ensuring a great night's sleep with delicious linens and cool mountain air.

Born in Vienna, Austria, Marianne is the co-owner with her husband, Marc, and is a chef extraordinaire, delighting guests with her culinary artistry and gracious, friendly hospitality. Marianne began cooking as a child and honed her skills as a professional chef onboard a sailing charter yacht in the US Virgin Islands.
