Hello, my name is Markie Mitchell and I am the proud owner of The Movement Center! When creating this program my first priority was to provide a safe space where our students feel loved, confident, and successful. As a coach I have worked with many gyms and studios over the past 15 years and seen many recreational programs. I wanted to create a place that was built on helping all of our students be proud of themselves, gain confidence, and feel like a part of something special regardless of if they are on a competitive team.
