Business Description

Katie Collier began dancing at 3, attending Ballet Etc. She moved to Artistic Dance at the age of 11. While there she started pointe and also started several new genres of dance. At 15 she moved to The Dance Centre in Murray, Utah to focus on ballet, pointe work, and partnering. While there she was tutored in the Vagonava Method. She performed in Ballet Under the Stars, a part of Murray Arts in the Park, and several other performances. During this time she was also a member of the Alta High School Dance Company. With the group she was able to perform in Disney World and take several master classes in New York. Katie received a scholarship in dance performance from Southern Utah University. She attended SUU from Sept 2002 through May 2006, graduating with a degree in Dance Performance with a business minor. Since that time she has worked at various studios around Utah County and looks forward to finally running her own studio!
