Business Description

I began my own fitness journey in early 2011 in preparation for my first Reebok Spartan Race on December 1st, 2012. After running my first Obstacle Course Race, I was hooked. I began a strict training regimen and started seeing a personal trainer to guide me. After experiencing how wonderful it felt to lose weight and transform my life through fitness, I decided I wanted to do the same for others. I then obtained my personal training certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine aka NASM. I also earned my Corrective Exericse Specialty through NASM. I opened my business in 2013 in Pasadena, CA. I then began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2016 and purchased a home in Big Bear City in 2020 and opened a high altitude training center. I am now in the greater High Desert area and am offering private martial arts instruction, self defense classes, personal training, strength and conditioning and corrective exercise programs in both the high desert as well as out of Pasadena!
