Osnat has been directing The Lake school since the summer of 2016. Before that, she taught and directed in Jewish schools in the Bay Area. Osnat is a parent educator and makes it her mission to make sure parents and the school work as partners. Osnat completed her Masters in Early Childhood Education with honors. Her research concerned attachment in the preschool years. Osnat has worked with hundreds of parents, children, and early childhood educators as a teacher, parent educator, and consultant.
