Business Description

Welcome fellow chef-mates! For a little about me; I provide hands-on cooking classes for the novice and seasoned cook alike. Along side my Grandmother and momma, I learned to cook as a child and have delighted in cooking and experimenting with food all my life. At the age of 17, I prepared an entire Thanksgiving feast from scratch, for 6 of my closest friends!

Each recipe we prepare will focus on techniques such as sous vide, sauteing, flambeing, tempering or/and roasting. AND you will be taking the recipes home so you can continue to improve on them! Classes cost $105 per person and are all hands on. Experimenting is encouraged, and cooking tips are offered throughout our time together. The best part? Every event ends with a lovely, leisurely feast prepared by you and your classmates
