Business Description

I am a mom of 4 who struggles with trying to create a balance between food and fitness. I love food and creating a program that allows you to eat what you enjoy along with creating sustainable health and fitness changes is a passion of mine. I am what you call a "new years resolutioner" and would go hard for 6 weeks then fall off the wagon and offer every excuse in the book - then I would be tied into a contract so I would donate to that gym for the remainder of the year and that cycle would repeat.

I have tried every diet under the sun and was always chasing that quick fix solution to solve my health and fitness problems but came to the realization that doesn't exist. Now I am a trainer who has a passion towards changing the mindsets of mother's and women like myself to make lasting changes.

The Hive is a place for those who want to gain more than just coming and working out then leaving. We are a family and we are building a safe space for women to come and get healthy!
