Business Description

Established in 2003 in THE basement of the Bushnell building. We came up with our name from the idea of moving into the basement with the original brick walls and limestone that Springfield is known for. We out grew our 2,000 sq ft space in 2009 and moved to the old Tuttle brothers building. We are famous for our spinning program where we were the first to start spinning in Columbus Ohio with Deb Fry. Personal training and frog jumps. We love having fun with our clients and we show you how to make Fitness fabulous not boring. We have created a family of fitness and are always looking for new family members. Without the membership contracts. We live by the theory that “WE can’t be, unless I AM”
