Neil Shea is the owner of The Dirt Squad. He is a veteran of the United State Marine Corps. He took over the operations of this business in 2014, and then acquired "My Maids" out of Aston, PA and merged them with The Dirt Squad's culture. His concept of personalized cleaning is widely recognized with a lot of appeal to homeowners. He asks and caters to what homeowners want out of a good house cleaner, instead of just offering basic service.
