Business Description
Mike Flynn is the new owner of The Cages Training Facility and has taken his love of the game and made it his full time passion. A native to Arizona, Coach Mike played at Arcadia H.S. and Scottsdale CC where his teams were ranked No. 1 in the nation and played in the JUCO World Series. Still playing today (43 straight years), he's coached teams that have won local and national championships. For the last 17 years he's focused his efforts on working with players aged 4-18. Using techniques developed over that time he's able to break down the complicated task of hitting to simple, easy to understand concepts for both the player and the parents. By combining both physical and mental approaches he's able to instill a solid, fundamental understanding that his students will use for as long as they play the game.
