My love for the kitchen started watching my parents cook so many delicious food. I was always there to cut, dice and simmer. Interesting procedures that caught my attention every time. After graduating from college, I spent the next 31 years in the TV production industry. I went from cameraman, lighting, editor, director, producer and even writer. Funny thing was that so many people that knew my cooking were pushing me to open a restaurant, or at least a food truck. I loved TV production so much it was not on my future plans. But, obviously, God had another plan. At a certain point in my life, I got broken. I've lost everything I fought for. It was an answered prayer, but that is another story. As part of the valley I was in, I found myself in this eclectic café working as a part time server, then as a supervisor, later as a manager and then partner.
