Business Description

I'm Jordan, the owner and cake artist here at The Bakehouse in beautiful Marshall, AR. I'm originally from the Austin, Texas area. I moved to Marshall in 2018 and we call it our "happy bubble".

I started seriously baking during the pandemic as a way to earn extra income and feel head over heels in love with it. Now I can't imagine not baking!

Decorating cakes for special events and beginning a small part of those events for the good people here in Searcy Co is another thing that makes me incredibly happy. I absolutely love being a part of this community. And being able to represent our little community when I'm shipping out treats to the rest of the US is a great feeling.

Being chosen to create edible art for events is an honor that I take great pride in, great joy and is something I hope I'll be able to continue doing the rest of my life.
