Hello, I'm Shane B. In 2000 I broke my pelvis in 2 places, was bed ridden for 3 months, gained 50 lbs. and now have chronic pain. I dealt w/ the weight and the pain for 2 years before I decided to become a personal trainer and do something about it. I'm accredited by The National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Since then I've developed the No Shane No Gain (taking pain out of the gain) program. N.A.S.M and I are dedicated to transforming lives and revolutionizing the health and fitness industry through an unwavering commitment to deliver innovative education, solutions and tools that produce remarkable results.
