A dream of owning a gym was all there ever was and the need to share my passion with fitness and nutrition to help our community members who need solid advice and not just another buzz word or fad diet. We focus on influencing our community members to a better way of life through fitness and nutrition.

I’m a certified ISSA Instructor, a mother, wife, friend, a child/teen development supporter, educator, and coach.
