Business Description

As someone who tackled her own lifestyle transformation, losing more than 80 lbs as a single mom raising two girls, Kim Bibeau knows through personal experience that getting healthy and staying fit is a lifetime journey, achievable through realistic goals and hard work.

Inspired to create a place offering a more well-rounded approach to getting healthier and staying in shape, Kim left a full-time career in the Florida Legislature and founded Sweat Therapy Fitness with husband Brian. Opened in 2010 in Tallahassee's Midtown, Sweat Therapy quickly became renowned for a diverse schedule of small group workouts, led by talented caring instructors, catering to every fitness level.

With a passion for all things fitness the Bibeaus continue to change lives and impact the Tallahassee community. In April, 2016 Sweat Therapy introduced Rock Study Boxing to empower those with Parkinson's disease to fight back. Kim feels she is fortunate to be able to live her dream of helping people.
