Raised in a military family, Will was an Eagle Scout who earned a Presidential appointment to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in General engineering and later earned a MBA from Harvard Business School. A career Army officer, he served in ground and air cavalry units in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Korea, Panama and Germany, and commanded an aviation brigade in Germany, Bosnia and Hungary.
Will's political-military assignments included White House Fellow in the Executive Office of President Reagan, Senior Military Fellow at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, Legislative Fellow and Congressional Staff Officer in the Office of the Secretary of the Army, Associate Professor of Management at the U.S. Military Academy, and Legislative Director for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Will currently serves as President of Still Serving Veterans (SSV).
