I am a graduate of the famed School of the Performing Arts in Manhattan where I was a Ballet major. I graduated from CW Post with a Communications Degree. I have had a lifelong career as well in the Insurance industry. I've continued to dance and exercise my whole life and fell in love with Pilates. I am a Balanced Body trained instructor ready to listen to your needs and am excited to help you gain strength and flexibility through Pilates instruction. I currently reside and teach in my intimate Melville Long Island studio. I am living my dream of helping others meet their personal Pilates fitness goals. I'm working with men, women, and children of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is to teach Pilates in a way that is fun, effective, and safe.
