I’m a professional fitness trainer, weight loss specialist, and bodybuilding coach. I’m also a certified stretch therapist with years of experience helping others improve their flexibility and range of motion.
I began my journey in 2012, at Gold’s Gym (Long Beach, CA), where I quickly became one of the most effective and highest-earning fitness trainers throughout my district. I moved on in 2013 to become the personal training director at LA Fitness in Torrance, CA.
In this role, I generated tens of thousands for the company, and I mentored several aspiring trainers during my tenure. As time went on, I eventually launched a private training business and coaching program.
I continue to share my guidance and expertise with dozens of people throughout the Los Angeles area. It’s my mission to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
