Gabrielle Moes is the owner and Executive Chef for Seasons Catering. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994, she continued her education at the California Culinary Academy where she earned an Associate of Occupational Culinary Arts degree and interned at the acclaimed A Pacific Café in Kauai. Upon returning to her hometown area, she worked at the prestigious Wine Cask restaurant, became executive chef at Montecito Wine Bistro, and was the executive chef at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club for seven years. Before starting Seasons Catering in 2000, Gabrielle completed the Business Education Program through Woman's Economic Ventures. She continues her education by taking courses at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and with memberships to Santa Barbara Event Professionals, Ventura Chamber of Commerce, International Caterers Association, and Women of Weddings.
