I have been involved in the scaffold industry since 1977. I started as the "yard man" learning and maintaining equipment. I went into the field as a "rigger" in late 1977. I worked as a rigger until 1989 at which time I became an estimator. I worked as an estimator until 2000, at which time I was presented with an opportunity to buy the
