Co-owners Joe and Paul Liimatta, along with Joe Boffo, developed the property over several years. In February 2017, Boffo moved to Wayne County, West Virginia, in a camper and began the task of developing the property. Nine months later, nine West Virginia vacation rental cabins were available, as well as a party barn, pavilion, and large gazebo.
