Husband to a loving and supportive wife. And Daddy to a small pup. I have had a fulfilling career in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years. Trained in different cuisines such as French, Italian, American, and Japanese cuisines. Though Japanese cuisine has been by far my most passionate style. I have spent an accumulated 11 rigorous years in training in the art and fell in love with it. In recent years I have planned to launch a restaurant business of my own. As the plan almost became into fruition, the unfortunate events of the Covid 19 pandemic began. I was forced to scratch all my plans and start anew with a different outlook in business. When searching for different paths and avenues, I stumbled upon the idea of becoming a Personal Chef. After many days of research I realized it was the perfect industry for me to transition into. Satisfying all my needs of entrepreneurship, creativity, and control of my life.
