Business Description
Sean Zigmund was born and raised in the hamlet of White Sulphur Springs, NY. All throughout his childhood, Sean's family maintained a family garden and raised a variety of animals. He graduated from Liberty High School, went on to an Associate Degree of Liberal Science from SCCC and a Bachelor of Arts in music from SUNY Albany. Sean became a computer engineer but realized his love of farming not long after. He volunteered and interned at various farms, travelled for a year and did work-trade and several other farms, and came back to his roots in 2010 to establish his first farm on the land he grew up on. He met Cheyenne within a week of coming back home, and the rest, as they say, is history. Chey moved in November of 2011 and began working full time with Sean on the budding new start-up. Chey has a family history of growing food, has a degree in Pyschology with a focus on food security, and loves farming. Our farm has exploded in two years and we don't have plans of stopping!
