Business Description
Robert began his search for the meaning or purpose of life at around fourteen years of age. He observed in others the quality of relaxation and deemed that establishing a deep tranquility or calm within the self would be the most desired of all goals to strive for in life.
In 1974, he began his meditation/yoga practice, and in 1984 returned to university for two degrees in education. After that, he became a licensed massage therapist with a focus on myofascial release, pain reduction/elimination therapies, and lymphatic drainage.
In 2002, he became certified in colon hydrotherapy and included this in a list of health care services. After several years as a vegetarian, Robert embraced the raw foods vegan vegetarian lifestyle. Also, he became certified as a yoga therapist and as such teaches pranayama (breathing exercises that foster relaxation and mental focus) to clients when requested.
