Business Description

Owner/Master Trainer Richie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. An Interdisciplinary Studies in Three Departments degree with an emphasis in Exercise and Nutrition Science. He has logged in over 2500 hours managing and leading group and individual training sessions. Master Trainer Richie is a lifelong athlete. He started his athletic career at the age of 4 when he participated in his first Judo class. He is a member of the United States Judo association and holds the rank of IKKYU (Brown belt). Throughout his scholastic years, he excelled in both team and individual activities. He has numerous awards in Judo, Track, Weight Lifting and Wrestling. Richie won his first Judo tournament at the age of 5 and won his 1st adult Bench Press Competition at fifteen. He was the Captain of both his Varsity and Junior Varsity wrestling teams. He is an educated professional with the uncanny ability to motivate and help them achieve their goals and dreams.
