Business Description
Dr. Haney joined RRCC in 2008, bringing with her nearly 30 years of community college leadership. During her tenure, she has worked to improve technology, web resources, expand teaching and learning opportunities, helped RRCC lead a seamless transition of high school students into dual enrollment programs, and initiated plans to expand grant funding and workforce development. Dr. Haney's leadership has increased student retention, graduation, and minority enrollment.
Prior to RRCC, Dr. Haney began her career in the Wyoming college system before coming to Colorado. Her past work within Colorado's community college system includes serving as the VP of Front Range Community College from 1992 to 2003, followed by serving as president of Morgan Community College 2003 to 2008, before her current role as president of RRCC.
