I am striving to foster a grooming space that provides a holistic, low-stress and healthy grooming experience. To do this, I respect what groomers refer to as a pet's tolerance threshold. Every dog and cat has their limit & I do not push a pet past that point. This helps ensure the grooming is a safe and positive experience for the pet where they feel heard, respected and loved. In doing this, we ensure room for positive growth in the grooming experience rather than incurring trauma or newfound fears.

All this to say, we put our furry clients before endgame aesthetics! Sometimes this means nixing parts of specialty cuts or adjusting grooming procedures to adapt to the pet's preferences.
