Business Description

Ian and Michelle Bowen are the owners of Pumps Fitness. Ian is the head trainer and Michelle is the studio manager. At a young age, Ian was involved in many different sports and without knowing it his passion for health and fitness was sparked back then and has been evolving and growing with him ever since. He's had to work hard to recover from a debilitating surgery that left him partially paralyzed from the chest down. He has been able to defy his doctors' prognosis and not only has he re-learned how to walk, he has since run hi first 1/2 marathon. After knowing what it is like to have his health compromised, he now seeks to help others improve and sustain their health and fitness. Whether he's in the gym or putting in some miles on the road, he's always looking for ways to push the envelope of personal fitness.
