Suzanne has been active in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. Originally from Canada, Suzanne is a sought after Personal Trainer, Athletic Conditioning Coach, Group Exercise Instructor and Fitness Seminar Presenter. Suzanne is a Certified Trainer of Fitness Leaders and has been inspiring other fitness professionals to elevate the industry as a whole for many years. She obtained her BPE at the University of Alberta where she concentrated in athletic injuries and sports performance.
Michael has always had a passion for understanding and developing human movement. He is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer, USAC Certified Cycling Coach, a Cat. 2 Competitive Road Cyclist as well as an Cat 1 Mountain Bike racer competing in Cross Country and Short Track races. Michael's passion is cycling and it is his desire to coach/mentor new & young athletes as well as introduce the enormous physical and mental attributes of cycling to all of the ProActive clients.
