Welcome, my name is Oksana Loskot. I am a former model.I've been working in NYC but now working as an Esthetician and Permanent Makeup Artist in Charlotte, NC. Our practice focuses on the specialty of face and body treatments using micro pigmentation, also known as permanent cosmetics.
