Evie has been involved with physical fitness all her life & relishes the benefits a healthy lifestyle can provide.
Her training through BASI (Body Arts and Science International) has prepared her to teach this respected & well established method of Pilates. As a life-long learner, Evie has participated in continuing education to further her training which has given her the added tools to provide the best approach & comprehensive Pilates program for each of her clients.
Evie has recently completed a specialized training as a Prenatal Pilates Movement Doula. This comprehensive prenatal program will guide & assist the client through her pregnancy by helping her promote alignment, strength, support & mobility, learn techniques to alleviate common discomforts & how to apply these tools in her labor & birthing experience.
Evie is currently teaching at The Body Shop Fitness Studio located in Sierra Madre & also at Pro Fitness Network in Pasadena.
